TAMAKI ESTUARY RESIDENCE

This modern residence in Tamaki Estuary received a lighting facelift in late 2018. The plan was beautifully simple, brighten up the exterior frontage and upper level back deck using LED ribbon and profile. 

Baseline 01 in a black powder-coat finish was used for the front of the home, mounted under the eave, adjacent to the wall. It was paired with our 6W/m Proseries* ribbon in 2700K, an extra warm white which creates a very cozy and inviting feel to a space. 

The back of the house received the same treatment, but this time the client wanted the lighting to also be able to illuminate their upper level deck which was used for outdoor dinners and entertaining.  We recommended our Baseline 05 profile which is specially designed for corner installations, with the LED ribbon on a 45° angle to better illuminating the deck itself.   Again 6W/m Proseries* ribbon in 2700K was used to keep a consistent feel over the whole home.
